Should never be a problem ever! Try loosening All the bolts off that hold the slats or bars on the chains and give it a couple of minutes run to let the chains settle into their natural position. Then retighten all bolts and see how she goes. Do both feed elevators

Make sure rear drum stops are set to grain rear position and belts are set for fast feeder speed. Be sure dirt or mud hasn't built inbetween chains and belts tentioned properly. Good luck
