Combines feed chains repeating

What is an all crop row headerIJ That may be your problem if it puts too much stalk material into your combine. Tom in MN

It's just a cutterbar type of corn head. The amount of material going into the machine is far less than a wheat crop or many other crops so I don't think the amount of material is the problem. Sando

It is hard to figure out what is wrong without knowing what model combine and size of head you have and condition of cylinder bars etc., but I know I would have a hard time running cornstalks through my combine. I remember turning too close to cornrows while cutting soys and plugging the combine on about a dozen cornstalks. That was a few years ago so I dont remember what combine I had at the time, but I did learn to stay away from corn when running a bean head.
