Turn the feeder chain by hand to see if it hitting anything. I have seen if you have that poly on the bottom of the floor that it will make it bounce. Are you sure the stops on each side are set even, make sure that the shaft is not bent on the feeder drum.

some dealers put wear rings because of chaange in feeder chains on the front drum. one half might have came off. one side. i prefer one piece wraparound. one side might be catching on glide on side. rubber rollers mounted inside quiets chain up and makes chain last longer. new rollers also keeps chain from slapping the top and bottom of cross bar inside feederhouse.
