I run my feeder house block in the upper position in corn and beans, in wheat i run with it in the 2nd position.

We run ours in the second position for beans and the top position for corn. We have to try and keep out the rocks!

I run a stone retarding drum 3 strand chain, the door on the feeder house with the spring with a small chain on it 5th loop. rock trap geared 1 to 1 ratio, have had great luck so far. RMK

Try running the first two veins in the mid position and the rest in the rear position.(2000,2366,6row,5mph) Slow the rotor down as slow as it goes.Drum top position.Is your grates half pluged also when corn stalks get wetIJ
