His feeding problem will be dramatically reduced if not cured all together. Most feeder problems come from carrying feeder extremely close to ground which can cause poor transition between chains. The floor kit addresses this transition. While floor kit has cured problem all together for many all over North America and Australia we have decided to take it a step further. We will be testing a design this harvest that will create a perfect flow into rear feed no matter what feeder height is set at. This will not change anything that is done with currant floor kit but will include the rear section of front feed floor. This addition will be able to be added at anytime after floor kit has all ready been installed. Many reports from operators with currant floor kit installed report 20 To 30% increase in capacity and that is without changing anything other than feeder. Now that doesn't mean you will see that much improvement all the time but it does say you will see at least that if you are in the crops and conditions that does cause feeder woes. If you are having feeder plugage, problems, and or hear crop flowing threw rotor uneven you are a great candidate for floor kit. Don't forget that belts and chains need to still be kept in adjustment!!!!
