gleaner has a replacement part, you will have to remove feeder house assy to get to, lift front feeder drum up with bar and blocks move stops up to hold drum in up position, cut it out , be careful you don don't cut side walls grind and replace, rear of old and new piece have holes drilled in both sides of machine to help locate piece, mark old plate before you remove it, takes some time, ps lay a piece of metal over hydro and right hand side so you don't burn anything up, scott
