Yes . . . it is available. In '92 I almost installed one on the 1680, but they weren't readily available then and i let it drop. I now have one on my 2188 and wouldn't be without it. I now use a 30' 1020 more efficienlty than I used a 20' without field tracker In '92 I believe the cost of field installation was around $2900. By now I suppose it would be between 3500 and 4000. Hope this helps!

I installed one on a 1987 1680. It works great. The cost at than time was about $3,500 for parts and one day in the shop to do so. One down side is that your header will be about 1 1_2 inches further foreward and may require that the feeder drum be moved further foreward in short crops. Can also be an issue on corn heads. Bish drivelines run about $600.00. Go ahead and do it, you won't be sorry.

Yes field tracker is still available as a field installed attachment. Most people say it will pay for itself in one year on a 25' or bigger table. I will sell you one for $3,000.00 call Jason at 219-356-7703
