Combines finding a combine

thanks. 1688 have the cross air and other newer stuff the 1680 does not have but are these item really needed. tell me more about the dif. in 1688 vs 1680 besides price.

The only thing to be concerned of looking at a 1680 is, for a year or so some grain machines were built with the long cleaning system but the old style cleaning fan. should i look for a 1680 with long screens or look for a 1688, how about a 2166 or 2188 are these combines out of my price range of 30k. most of the machine in this area with rotors are prepared for rice with i have to change the rotor out or anything to pick corn.
