I had Maurer extensions on an old 1660 I had and the final drives held up the duration I owned it. I have them on my 2188 and my 2388. They are nice in a pinch but they do get to be to convenient. I would recommend getting a hydrolic auger kit to take off some of the stress on the delivery auger when you fill them whopper hoppers full the auger sure does have to push a lot of crop.
