Ah yes, Plate liftoff. Hydro's start doing this when the sealing plates get worn to the point that the fluid can leak by rather than stay in the pistons.

Does reverse workIJ If not it's your reverse high pressure relief valve. Interchange the forward and reverse high pressure relief valves. It should drive in reverse and not forward then. I've had a 1480 do exactly what you describe and this is what the problem was.

Well the reverse seems to work fine, however there are sometime when ill be going along and stop to back up nad it wont go....illpush it back forward again then try it back again and it usually will go then....
