That should do it. Just tight as it is grade 8 hdw.. Take notice of the slats, we trim about 3_4" on a diaganal off each slat in used combines to prevent them from hitting the side channel frame, which will cause them to jump.
Back chain needs to keep material pulled clear from front feed or it will jump. Check for bent slats in rear also. Check area between the two chains for floor failing. Check rear feed drive belt idler arm to see it isn't bottoming against anti-flyback iron. Belt could be stretched out allowing idler arm to contact iron while under power. Also check other belt tentions including corn varible sheave clearance. Good luck
