Combines fuel air leak 1993 R 52 with Deutz

I have a 9190 DA tractor that did the same thing and it was sucking air by the injection pump. It was the fitting that the rubber hose hooks to. All it took was a 1_4 turn and it never bled back again. I'm not sure if your small deutz is the same as my tractor but the way I found was to keep pumping the primer pump up till I could find some fuel leaking. Good luck!

I had one the other day that done that and it was a loose fitting at the flywheel where the fuel line has a 90 degree fitting to go down the side of the machine. Hope this helps Nathan

Have a 9150 and have to periodically replace the glass water separators because the o-rings start to leak. It leaks fuel when the tank is full and air when the fuel level is below the separator. Don't know if the combine is set up that way or not..
