Old news! No secrets there! CNH published these presentations on the investor section of their web site back in November 2006 in an attempt to encourage investors to consider investing in CNH.

CNH doesn't really want anymore investors. The Fiat family currently controls about 82-83% of CNH stock and will not loose controlling shares of the company. This forcast was shown to investors but just as a snapshot of the future goals of the company, and not to gain more investors.
