set the cyl at 1_8 to 1_4" spacing making sure concave is level. You should have 3 to 5 channel concaves. cyl speed should be 900-1000rpm Fan speed nearly wide open. Top screen -chaffer - at 9_16-3_4" bottom screen at just over the diameter of the wheat kernals. light chaff in the bin is low air.
