Is that 500 acres per row per year, 500 acres for a 4 row head or 500 acres for a 12 row headIJ Makes a lot of difference. We have an 893 that has picked somewhere around 10-12,000 acres and still has about a third of the adjustment left in the chains and I would guess will go another 4000 before they need replaced. It is a 94 so maybe they had better chains back then. It is for sale if someone needs a good head - we went to 20" rows and 1290 heads and the 893 just sit in the shed this year. John
