Ran a PC630 on a Massey 8590 this past year, had an 800 series I.H. previuosly. The Geringhoff is a well built head, quite a bit heaier than the I.H. Chews the hell out of the stalks, lots finer than the 800 heads, don't know about the newer ones especially the 2000 seies Case, they claim that they will do quite a job on the stalks. The biggest downfall of the Geringhoff is the power requirment, I've had some trouble with the header drive belt. Also due too the agressiveness of the head they may shell a bit worse than a conventional head.

I used the last model of Gerinhoff (3 rolls) last fall and I can tell you that it is much better than any other corn head on the market. I had the older model (1 roll) running on my farm for the last 6 years. The only problem with this head was the power needed. The new model has recieved a lot of improvements and it satisfied me 100%.
