Combines Geringhoff Rota Disc Cornheads

We have an 8 row 30 and it definitely does the job. As far as wearability you can expect 3000 acres out of your stubble knives and the rota discs will give you about 7000 to 8000 acres if you rotate them once. The gathering chains are good for about 7000 acres also. It is a very well built head and you will be very pleased with it. I know it sure simplified our corn harvest. And you will find your spring tillage much simpler also.

Try the Cat lexion site. The Cat dealer in Burlington Co. had several of them on the lot last fall. I have not used one or seen one work. I think they have a great future.

I have had the roto disc Gehringhoff 8 row 22" for four years now. Job of cutting stalks is excellent. Takes some more power to run, so will work better on some combines than others. Have about 4400 acres on head and have only replaced front cutter knives. Very well built machine. Would not want to combine corn without it!
