Greg, the settings are viruall the same. Cyl. to concave about a 1_8 , speed 900 plus (+remember speed cracks if too fast) top screen (chaffer) open 45Degrees - 1_2 " bottom screen (seive) about 3_16 to 1_4. Good luck and your local dealer should be able to order an op manual and _or service manual. Parts books are very helpful as well. Good luck,.

Until the search gets fixed. There are many of us past and present M series owners on here to help out and paging down through the l and M questions will help also since the l was only larger but designed the same as the M and will pertain to many M questions.

Perhaps Mr. Gorden could use the extra "resources" he gains by deleting posts not having to do with "combines", "Gleaners", and "harvesting", and get that search feature fixedIJ Seems several of us could make use of it if it only worked. Tom langan

We are parting out an M2 that had an engine fire. Cab is okay with a complete parts catalog, seat, and monitors. Many sprockets and sheaves are good. Tom in MN

I'd get the swather out and get the barley in some windrows before weeds take over.If quality of barley is good- malting quality- then that will speed up harvest.JOHN
