We did the same with our 52 except we run a 6 row 30.. I bought a set of 6.25" spacers off a 62 with the long bolts and washers. They march right down the middle of the rows only knocking down one here and there. Our machine has the large finals, same as 62's, not real sure if yours have the same dimensions from back to lug face. If you can make it happen, go for it, makes the combine much more stable and no-till works much better, no mat of trash to go thru and the ground dries out better in spring without the stalks being run down.. I got mine in Clinton Mo off a slavage machine that was set up for wheat(had fine bars in it). Makes me think that in wheat country it might be standard option to get a wider stance on 62 and 72's, might check Abilene Machine in Kansas. I bought mine for $250.00, much cheaper than messing with rims.... Good luck
