A simple thing to check are the heilcial bars. If they are wore down they can cause problems from front to back. Many combines have been traded because they do not have the capicity they used to have, or they have trouble with the feeder house chains. All of these problems can be fixed by putting in new heilcal bars (not a hard job) and you have a like new machine.(Simple repairs are somtimes the last done)
