I took our pressure washer and installed an elbow right at the nozzle in order to blow straight at the radiator, instead of hitting it at too much of an angle. I was amazed at the amount of dirt that came out of what I thought was a fairly clean unit. We were running in 95-100, and with the good washout, it stayed cool. I ran a flat fan nozzle, and tried to hit the radiator straight on, in order not to bend any fins. I'd give it a try. Irv
