Combines Golden Harvest Edition

You learn something new every day here...I thought 81 was the last year for the l2's. We have 2 81 l2's still going strong.

There is a neighbor of ours who has a 83 l3 that has Golden Harvest decals on it, I think they are basically aniversary editions commemorating 60 years of Gleaner. His says 60th aniversary on the front. I know when they were new the guy who bought them with Golden Harvest stuff on there had to special order it that way.

l2's were one of the best conventionals ever, we had an 81 model also. Then went to an R50 then R52 now an R62. Heck all gleaners are good.

The GHE and 60th Anniversary are two different years with different dressing. 1982 was the GHE and should be signified in the serial number. The 60th is an 1983 with some extra options set on them and placarded different. I own a GHE N6 and the local salvage yard has a 60th N7 with one broken shaft and there are some differences in the packaging.
