are yor using high wire concaveIJ we also use hump kitn71371019 on stone door and use no more than 3 concave filler bars. make sure concave has proper curve. tigten until hitting at top and adjust up at front to 3_16 at front wearstrip. set gauge at zero on outside.adjust your clearance from this setting.use extended discharge cylinder bars and remove all reverse bars.run cylinder to max rpm.if you feel you need reverse bars start installing on second row from concave end.we use narrow spaced cylinder bars on concave and wide spaced in separator section.

Are you talking rotor lossIJ If so how much, how did you measure itIJ Was feeding smooth or did the stripper header feed uneven and grain heads get picked up in wadsIJ. What is your cylinder bar configurations and grate set up.IJ How much straw is being ingested.IJ Need more info to help.

Yes rotor loss is the problem we are having. I never counted kernals but I would guess the losses to be between 2-4 bu_ac. There were virtually no losses from the header or over the sieves. There was very little straw bieng taken in, mostly just heads. As far as the feeding goes it felt and sounded smooth. We tried running the front of the concave in different positions, we ended up running it in the min position after recalibrating it. The combine came with three filler bars and I think we added another three, as far as bar configuration I will have to get back to you.
