That's a pretty good buy. The motor and the transmission are most likely worth 3000$ just in parts. If that puppys got a hoist I don't hardly think you could get hurt. Dean

I just finished building a tandem with a 20' alum bed out of a S1954 international (not has heavy has the semi tractor) and it will cost about $7000 when I'm done. I have an allison 5 speed automatic in my truck which affects the final value a little. However, at $6000 I probably would have bought a truck rather than built one and dreamed about installing an allison someday. my 2 cents, Pat
