It sounds like that concave section may be slightly out of kilter, or the hanger pipe may be a little bit bent. If they look OK, you might tie the rear section to the front separator grate with some wire to keep it from slipping.
Sorry about that. I may have aixelsyd when I read this stuff. I haven't run into that particular problem, as yet. However, it might be because usually one of my employees reinstalls the grates and doesn't tell me about it. Is it possible to prop a stick against the augers underneathIJ
you need a runt like me about the place! I lie in the seperator with my legs towards the front of the machine and hold the grate with one hand right underneath it and bolt it with the other. I'm neither tall or strong enough to do it any other way.
