Is it different than you are used to it being over the years. Did anyone monkey with fuel pump timing lately. Check air intake elbow at turbo to see it isn't collapsing when under power.

and also make sure the exhaust asperator hasn't burnt the little propellers in the precleaner thus stopping it up.

Found the problem, crank case emissions . The system has a valve up on the air shroud in the front of the engine ,a tube comes out of the crank case to the valve to the turbo to be burnt. Dealers man said try unhooking it, still smoked so we took the guts out of the valve and cleared it up. What we figured is it built up so much presure it would not let the oil return from the turbo and was forced out the seals. I can thank the EPA and California for this problem. I guess not needed any where else in the US.
