Combines Greenstar Firestar

It's STARFIRE. Yes, all the old GPS receivers were available to upgrade to the Starfire receiver, and all the new ones are the Starfire. Be a good way to go. Deere's close to capturing this market too!

Yeah right, Deere isn't anywhere close to capturing the market. They only reason they sell any is because they throw em in the combines. Deere isn't anywhere close to what Ag leader or Trimble has.

I've seen a lot more accuracy out of the Ag leader units I've been around. Their calibration setup makes a lot more sense if you want to do it once a season and be done with it. You've got to recalibrate those crappy Greenstar monitors every time the weather changes very much, or the readings start to jump all over the place.

First it doesn't matte when u calibate the Ag.eader, u can take it out of the box and harvest 3_4 of your crop and not calibrate it, because when you do calibrate it, it calibrates back too. Also trimble is bout the best there is when it comes to s GPS satilites. That is their biz and they have contracts for GPS with many differant compaies. I also belive the agleader is easyier to use. But that is just my thought. Also it is made to use with differant eq. And to beable to hook up to ravens and other monitors. And the tech soport behind an agleader is second to none. These have been my experinces. Our neibors bought a greenstar and wishes he would of went with the Adleader.
