Got a similar problem at higher ground speed in 860 with hydrostatic. If you have Grainews from January 1992 a chap named Charles Smith out of the Combine Salvage at Allen Sask has some ideas on why the ground drive system develops vibration. One thing is to check the clearance on the idler unit between engine output and final ground drive sheave. The slider design sometimes is to wide, I have heard that some guys have tacked a hacksaw blade in the slider area and eliminated problem.Good luck with harvest

My dad and I fought a similar problem on a 79 760 with a hydro. The problem arose when the combine was on a trailer and the hitch broke causing the machine to drop. We think that it sprung the frame and thus knocking it out of allignment. you might also check your output shaft for warping.
