And if Mr. Scott was his mechanic, the machine would probably thrash at warp speed! Who knows what kind of a combine Oliver Douglas (Green Acres) would own.

My favorite Green Acres show was when Mr Douglass couldn't get his "Hoyt Clagwell" tractor a head gasket. But when Mrs. D cut out her "hots cakes" Mr. D recognized the left over section of dough looked exactly like a head gasket and 'presto' the crop was saved.

That was one of my favorites too. That Hoyt Clagwell had a mind of it's own. I'm still mad at TV land for taking Green Acres off. From Elinore the cow swallowing Eb's radio to Arnold getting drafted, the show made me laugh.
