Combines harvest around Nash OK

Not sure when the harvest will be starting around Nash, but the crew I am working for expects to start harvesting between June 1 and 5 at lahoma OK which is about 20 miles south of Nash. What does the crop look like around that areaIJ They are talking the lahoma_Enid area has potential to be a 70 bushel crop so it should be fun.

I farm between Nash and Pond Creek. I think some wheat will be cut Friday or Saturday. A month ago the wheat looked very good, possibly some 60 bushel wheat. We've had 3 weeks of hot weather and 30-40 mph wind since then and it has taken a toll. I'm just hoping for an average crop now.

I think it will be sooner this week. Also there were some already cutting north of Fairview, OK today.

Have you heard any reports on yield or moisture for the Fairview areaIJ

No I havent heard anything yet, but 20 miles north in the sand it looks mid twenties and probaly will be cutting at the end of the week if it doesn't rain.
