Well my yields arent any better. Averaged 33 bu_ac for beans when the farm avg. is 43. Corn avg 94bu_ac and the farm avg is 135. Once again another tough year!

we have had a good year best beans in a long time we usually expect 25bu or under and we made around 30bu and these are certified organic beans which should be worth about $16.50 per bushel canadian can't wait to get them sold -M.

Sorry to hear about your poor harvest. Hope the next years will improve for you. Seems a lot of the country had bad weather this year. We are very fortunate here, had timely rains. Best I heard for corn was 254 bushels..scaled. 72 bushels on beans over the scale. Beans are about done here, corn is half done.

Here in NC Iowa we had a pretty good year. Just got lucky for a change. All the beans are pretty much out around here. Ours averaged just over 50 bu_ac. The corn is about 65% out. We only have about 10 acres left but got snowed out the other day. looks like our corn is going to average about 205 bu_ac. We've never had 200 bu corn so we're pretty excited about it. Sure does make a lot of trips to the elevator.

Sorry to hear about the bad year....Here in northern Minn (Polk county) we are having one of the best years that I can recall....Our beans avg'd 45.3, normally we get ~ 28 to 30 with 35 in a real good year. The corn is going ~ 140 to 155. last year we got 110 and thought that was real good. We got a fair amount of rain in early July followed by a week of hi temps and that really put the peas in the pods around here.
