We are 2 months away from thinking about picking corn in southern Minnesota. Yield will be less than 60-70% of last year. Tom in MN

Corn harvest is about ready to start in SW Missouri. This will be for corn planted in late March and early April.looks like 120-150bpa will be common.Alot of us havent had much rain since late June so the corn and milo is ripening fast.

Southern Indiana will start around labor Day. Early crop looks good and most was early, some of the later not so good. My corn was early and I am thinking about 130 to 150 bu_ac. It is very dry here and drying may go faster than I think.

No real rain in a long time... Some people have had there own personal rain....but none wide spread... It Aug 10th and the next three day are a20% chance.. The heat finally broke this weak and we are in the lower 90's upper 80's but that is better than the 100's..... We are on I-27 south of Amarillo and north of lubbock....

I'm from N.W. Fl. and when we get a break in the daily showers(and I'm not complaining, because it the best year in about three or four),we'll start corn. A question, do ya'll grow peanuts in the Texas Panhandle and if so how do they lookIJ Just courious. Rick
