Go to hyper mods on the left, then find tips, click on tips. You'll find some tips from tbran on header valve. I believe you will find the seal under second stage poppet seat on raise side is allowing seat to move with poppet at times. A fresh seal should hold seat in place. I would check the six terminal plug between header and feeder to see colors match on both sides of plugs. I have seen where guys have inserted this plug wrong and that would affect reel speed. There was a tip not to long ago where they found bad ground on floor of side counsel which gave similiar problem between auto header height and reel speed. There isn't anything in common with hydralics for reel and header height but they share some electronics when using auto header height so I would check the plug and grounds.
