Combines Header vibration

Check for slack in the bearings on the sickle drive. Does it make a "clicking" sound when it is running emptyIJ It should run quite. It doesn't take much play there to cause a lot of vibration. If that is not the problem, find out what it is cause something else will be breaking if you continue to run it.

Check the sickle stablizer bar. It's probably that adjustable ball joint. R

Have had same trouble in the past. If you find that your wobble box is in good shape and your sickle moves freely the modification of adding extra weight to the wobble box pully has helped me

Make sure the wobble box bolts are tight where it mounts to the head. Also check to see that the cutter bar isn't broken under the feather sheets, mine broke under there and would shake you to pieces.

Besides what has already been mentioned, make sure that your auger chain is tight and the chain is in good shape. I have seen loose chains and bad chains put big vibrations in header. There is a triangle shaped brace under the left side of the header. Make sure all of that is intact and not broke.
