Combines Helical bars flat vs bean channels

Know of a guy that ran a machine with stacked and one with channels next to each other all season. Channels had a 15% advantage in his best estimate. I think we allready discussed the possible cylinder loss remedy. I believe you were going to check out your discharge beater situation for possible hang up when you allready had stacked helicals and not quite satisfied with capacity.

Hi Dan,Hey thanks for the information! 15% better kind of makes the decision a little easier. A neighbor had this been kit and made me a great deal on it so I thought it might be worth trying. I like the idea of running the same pitch all the way out. I have a friend that may want to try the stacked idea, so I might have a good home for that setup. Anyway thanks again!
