The 60 Series Cleaning system is designed to be 20% more efficient than the 50 Series. I would definitely recommend lowering your fan speed by as much as another 100 RPM. Concave closure plates on the front concave for sure, and separator grate covers. Add and remove one row at a time or one section at a time and see where the happy medium is. The updated shoe may be a little different to what you're used to with a 50 Series due to the enhancements that were made.

i agree with the fan speed. we did run the fun speed at leest 100 rpm under the 50s. how many separator grates do you runIJ how did it look when you made a powerstopIJ

Max.... What do you mean by "how many separator grates do you run"IJ I thought you had to have a full set to even run at all. How does it run with less or more than a full setIJ Where do you put the extra onesIJ
