They can give you ideas on the best way to fix it and even supply some higher grade flighting. They also have rebuilt augers that they will trade you out on. We try to to keep or auger even by keeping the edge ground square. Usually doesn't take much. The square edge grabs and feeds the crop better plus it doesn't wear as fast.

If you want to get another year or so out of it before you replace the entire flighting, you can get some one inch wide flighting that can be welded on the old flighting to even it out.
