Is needle in the red even before starting the machine and after you get rolling down the field. You can't adjust to get out of the redIJ Pull gauge and module to have dealer check with module tester. Good luck. Dan

Dan, I had one that was doing the same thing. I couldn't find any problem with it, after about an hour of troubleshooting I lost my cool and hit it with my fist and that broke the needle loose! Good luck!

Had the same problem yesterday (Sunday)and found the 2 wires from the shoe had worn through the clamp that is attached to the arm that rocks back and forth with the shoe and both wires had shorted to ground, fixed the short and back in business.
