Combines HElP R62 Unloader

Ok, unloader clutch is 10A and red_grey wire runs to unloader safety switch which is roller or proximity switch on the elbow (no. 1 culprit). Then the grey purple wire runs to seat interlock module 6 socket connector. It then jumps there to a grey purple wire to the center hydro handle switch connector and purple to the switch itself. This sends current to the module to either the gy yellow or gy blue wire which sends current to the clutch through a grey black wire. IF all these check out 12 V when the switch is clicked, check the ground wire (black) out of the 6 pin harness to the seat inerlock. Finally the seat interlock module might be bad. You could swap it with a neighbors to be sure.

Still haven't got it. Can hot wire from under console and works. Continuity through unloader safety switch. Tried switching out relay circuit board and switch with other combine and didn't help. Header works so we think seat switch is o.k.

I have had trouble with the conector block that conects the harness which comes down from the hydro handle. On our 72 the wires seemed to be a little short and after adding length to it there has never been another problem and this was an on and off problem from new.

Sounds like one of those simple, hair tearing, utterly frustrating problems! If you haven't tried this. Find any connectors in the loom. Disconnect them and blow out with compressed air. Check pins for corrosion. Chaff dust gets into connectors, even inside the cab, attracts moisture and the resulting product is quite corrosive to the connector pins. Result ; No power where you want it. Been there! Done that! Good luck.
