The grease zerk goes in the inside bearing on the big variable speed pulley on the right side of the feeder house. Have the bubble up auger drive as updated as possible. The best arrangement is to have the little chain that drives the gearbox pull the sprocket instead of driving off the idler side. In other wards the newer gear boxes are reversed and that works lots better. Also most likely needs a new bubble up auger flighting. The stub shaft coming out of the gearbox with splines on it needs to be tapered so the auger doesn't bind the stub shaft if its a bit out of line. It's not uncommon to break the stub shaft or the splines out of the bubbleup. These are all standard equipmwnt on the later TR's. Check the flighting on the clean grain and retail augers. Make sure the rotor drive coupling chains, sprockets, and splines are a ok. Are the rotors balancedIJ are the rotor covers intactIJ Rub bars need checking too.Is the floor in the feederhouse ok and the front drum bearingsIJYou mentioned replacing n60 chain. Thats an excellent idea. Many times the sprockets are bad and they will eat up a new chain in a hurry. The grate under the beater has two removable plates cover the grate if needed. Usually the front one is all that is needed, but be sure it's bolted in and in one piece.Good luck!!!
