I’m thinking of growing some plants for making herbal tea. I’ve never done that before. I know some plants like milk thistle, mint are pretty good choices. Are there any other recommendations?

If you like tea with a citrus taste, then I recommend growing lemon verbena or lemon balm. Both are easy plants to maintain and they have a refreshing taste. Ginger is another good option and it helps settle the stomach, but I've had a hard time with those plants so I don't bother with them anymore. Others might have more luck.

Plant some chamomile. They look like daisies, they're simple to grow, and it's known for its healing properties. Plant some fennel too. It tastes like licorice and is known for calming an upset stomach.

Thank you for all your kind suggestions. I realized there are much more options than I expected. Maybe I will try them one by one. I think I need to look more into which plants suit my garden well as well.
