I hope so, that IVT in the 7020's is nice, I also think that the new tractors coming should be really quiet, inside almost car like. why can't they do that, make the windows thicker more insulation ,new ehaust system, etc.

Yes price is a factor, but I don't mind paying extra for a very quiet Cab, since I drive my tractor also. but I think the 30 serires will just be too advanced, and expensive, I mean the current 8020 series are ahead still, even the 8010's on the most important things while Case is playing catch up still, Case is just really getting their gps systems going. GO DEERE!!!

Where has Deere ever been ahead of caseIJ Case first came out with gps between the two of them, first to offer duals all around on the MFD models, first to offer air planters... need me to keep goingIJ Oh yeah and whats this i hear that Deere is thinking of coming out with a track machine similar toIJ... you guessed it the Quad Track

redMN, I not hear to start a color war, so let's not get into which conpany did this first and did that, because I didn't mean it that way. All I'm saying is that Deere have a fully intergrarted GPS system before Case, thats all, I won't comment on that other stuuff because it's useless, if you don't like Deere, then thats alright, post elsewhere(CASENH). I know Case make good equitment also, happy now. I just was wondering about the 2006 Deere products, mainly 8030 series.

lets not confuse integration with meaning quality and performance. The fact that one company integrates and the other doesn't, does not mean that performance and relibability will suffer or be any less effective. I have seen many integrated solutions go down the drain for the same reasons a non-integrated solutions has, but the integrated solutions often times took longer to trouble shoot and repair because it was integrated. Strategic alliances (i.e., CNH and Ag leader) are powerful tools because they cross brands. As far as I am concerned, dollars spent to buy a company to supply unique technology in the name of integrations equals lower profit margins.

Absolutley! I would go Trimble autosteer or visual guidence over the deere equivilant ANY day of the week. John Deere are sooooo far behind that it is not funny!! Just look at the mono screen and lack of onboard mapping for starters.... And this is coming from a person with JD tractors and combine equiped with Trimble_agleader guidence_yeild mapping with a deere dealership in local town and the Trimble guys over 5 hrs drive away.

We are getting far off topic here, like I stated earlier, I just wanted to know about 2006 products from Deere. If you like Trimble,AG-leader or whoever Case NH name will be in the next five years good for ya, I hope the product support is there for ya in the future. listen I like Deere, I never said they was the Best at everything, but I have had good luck with Deere as with my Deere dealer. so please no more this is better than that stuff because I want respond to it, If you know anything new coming from Deere in 2006 then I'm interested. after all this is the JOHN DEERE combine talk show,so if my underware is green I'm proud of it,but I will wear my RED T-shirt sometimes. Thanks.
