Frustrating doesn't even say the half of it. Pretty sad when rain is the best thing to happen... means that while that machine is sitting there at least I couldn't be cutting beans! Supposed to have the fellas back out to check things out this morning and now it is almost 4 and no sign of them. Maybe they don't work in a light drizzle. Anyhow, the steering is back but no header or reel lift unless almost wide open. And if the Ford is supposed to redline at near 2600 that could explain why I can only get 1050 rpms on the cleaning fan and only about 1300 rotor rpms which both are lower than the supposed max specs. At least I have had time to do the other 99 things on my list of crap that needs to be done now.
