First of all make sure the two small screws that hold the throttle arm are not loose and that the arm is hitting the high idle screw which serves as a stop. If it is then proceed to break the wire seal and cover, loosen the jam nut and back out the stop screw and I believe it is a slot for screw driver, flat head type. A little dab will do ya. Go only 1_2 turn and recheck. Alternative method,,,, to maintain the factory seal we have been guilty of fileing off the end of the screw with a flat file. Either way will let the arm travel more thus increasing RPM high idle no load of 2710 on 913c r40 50's.
