High wire. Don't see much call for the low wire in my part of the country at least, and for beans especially you'll be happier.

I'd go along with high-wide. likely better for canola as well. Just get yourself bottom mount filler bars. We make our own bottom mount system. We use angle iron with some extra flat bar welded to it to close up first couple openings and similiar for third or if you need fourth. First couple could be covered for beans and canola if you want. Third and or fourth for hard to thresh wheat. I drill and fasten angle iron to heavy reinforcement iron that runs on bottom of second crossbar. Make your filler bars to mount up and fit prior to installing in machine. Good luck
