Combines Honeybee vs JD drapers

I know you said you narrowed it down to JD or Honeybee, but have you taken a good look at the Mac DonIJ I have a 36 ft 960 model and love it. I can also run it on a swather. It has been very dependable for me. I have heard good about both JD and Honeybee. However, I have heard that the JD is the heaviest of all, and you need to add a cylinder to your feederhouse. That's all I know. Hope this helps.

Yes , there are HB's around here. I have not run one though. I felt the dealer support for parts was too scarce to depend on at crunch time however. I don't have anything bad to say about them if you really want one. I just told you about the Mac Don because i thought parts were more readily available.
