Contact Flanagan Implement, They sell A pre molded patch that fits the bottom of the grain tank perfectly.It's made out of metal that is about twice as thick as original. Comes with all directions or they can talk you through it on the phone. Phone n is 815-796-2201. I put one in my M3 last year and have had very good luck. I believe the price was about 130.00

I bought some plastic (hmwIJIJ)in a sheet, cut it, and carriage bolted (stainless bolts) it onto sound metal. The plastic doesn't rust and is highly abrasion resistant. No problems since.
