I replace them when they are as you describe because I can't afford downtime during harvest. I learned that lesson the hard way about 20 years ago when a chain broke at night on the far end of a field 10 miles from the shop. Tom in MN

true, and replace the sprockets as well. And speaking of sagging..... naw it will get removed anyway....
