I used to say the 1480 was about 25% bigger than the 1460. I'd think that should stand true for the 16s provided the 60 is also a short shoe. Rotors in the 80_88s are 30 inches in diameter as opposed to 24 inches on 40_44 and 60_66s. These machines are much simpler to work on than anything else i've seen. The 60's have a little more horse and a bigger grain tank than the 40's. On the old 14s there were other components that were heavier too, but not sure that holds true in the 16s. Good luck on finding a honey of a machine whatever you choose.
