We cover 1 1_2 concaves. Works great!! Yes it cleaned up the sample and no we didn't increase rotor loss. With every other wire pulled in to the 1 1_2 concave we do an awesome job in corn. The only drawback is putting the cover plates in. That darn J hook is a pain. Good luck!
